# Jobs by TMP status

This section of the [dashboard](/eboard/dashboard.md) contains all jobs, except for 'Quote Only' jobs, archived jobs and deleted jobs. These can be found in the [Quote Only](/eboard/dashboard/quote-only.md), [Archived Jobs](/eboard/dashboard/archived-jobs.md) and [Deleted Jobs](/eboard/dashboard/deleted-jobs.md) sections respectively.

Jobs are grouped by their TMP status as follows:

* **TMP Needs Created:** Job has not been marked as 'TMP Processed' (no TMP attached to job yet).
* **TMP Ready to be Sent:** Job has been marked as 'TMP Processed', but not as 'TMP Submitted to RCA' (no TMP attached to job yet).
* **TMP Submitted:** Job has been marked as 'TMP Processed' and as 'TMP Submitted to RCA' (no TMP attached to job yet).
* **TMP About To Expire:** Job has a submitted and approved attached TMP, but the TMP expires on or after the last booking date.
* **TMP Expired:** Job has a submitted and approved attached TMP, but the TMP expires before the last booking date.

A TMP's expiry date is based on the 'TMP Window End Date' entered on the job.

This section allows you to search through the listed jobs using a search term. This will perform a case-insensitive search of the jobs by:

* Location
* Client name of entity to bill (either principle or client)
* PO number
* Your Reference #
* ID number

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.roaddirect.co.nz/eboard/dashboard/jobs-by-tmp-status.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
