# TMP library

The TMP library holds TMP diagrams and written TMPs that can be used for many jobs, such as your generic TMPs. The standard CoPTTM TMPs are provided to all organisations.

To open it, go to **Library** → **TMPs** in the eBoard navigation bar.

## Browsing the library

TMPs are organised into **Categories**, shown as tabs at the top of the page (for example CoPTTM L1, CoPTTM L2 and CoPTTM L3, plus any categories you create). Click a category to see its TMPs, or use the **Search** box.

| Column                              | What it shows                                                  |
| ----------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Type** | An icon showing whether the TMP is a diagram or a written TMP. |
| **File Name** | Click to open the file. |
| **Description**                     |                                                                |
| **Expiry Date** | When the TMP expires, if it has an expiry date. |
| **Added to Library** / **Added By** | When the TMP was added and who added it. |

You're warned before a library TMP expires. How far ahead is set by **Library TMP Expiry Warning** in [Warning notices](/eboard/settings/warning-notices.md).

## Add a TMP

1. Click **Add Item to Library**.
2. Choose a **Category**, or tick **Create New Category?** and enter a new category name.
3. Enter a **Description**.
4. Choose the **Type**: **Diagram** or **Written**.
5. Enter an **Expiry** date if the TMP expires.
6. Under **File name**, drop the file in, paste it, or click **Select from Device** (max 40 MB).
7. Click **Save**.

## Edit or delete a TMP

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.roaddirect.co.nz/eboard/library/tmp-library.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
